Contrary to other meditations, where the purpose is ” to think about nothing ” or to remain concentrate on our breath or on the now, this meditation is easier because it requires no particular effort. It is enough to repeat a mantra (word or sentence which have different vibrations, and thus different effect), several times in a row, until feel reassurance in you.
I used it these last time being in the grip of many stress, among which some moments rather difficult to manage (and yes! i also feel stress, specially in this moment!)
